Pros
Crunchr hires only very smart and very kind people. They've done this consistently since day one, leading to a very tightly knit team of superintelligent people that work really well together. Everybody loves that, it adds so much to the pleasure of working there.
Cons
Renumeration and perks are OK, but not spectacular. The team and culture make up for it!
