Pros
Coworkers and community culture is great, best group of people I’ve ever worked with. The work can be very exhilarating, (climbing towers on top of a mountain to mount a radio) Easy to get a job even if you have no experience
Cons
Salary is lacking, no benefits for apprentices, no 401k, no paid holidays.

Pros
Everyone is awesome, community minded and semi accommodating schedules for schooling and family life. They encourage and support promotions to other positions and departments.
Cons
Small business so folks have to wear multiple hats, but in a way it’s operating less efficiently. Meetings that could be an email/memo and meetings that could be more revealing on fiscal forecast and actual pace numbers.
