BEWARE! This company is horrible and not worth your time!

Flexible schedule. That is truly the only pro.

Cons

Extremely low pay with NO RAISES or bonuses. Piles and piles of paperwork. Work never ended. Not paid enough to do everything they "require" you to do, even though there is no job description for you. So your basically screwed. No benefits, no match on 401k contributions. PAPER CHECKS, this company is still living in the past. No option for direct deposit. At all! Constant office gossip and drama. Management does nothing about it. Afraid to!

It’s a job. There’s always an opening somewhere.

Cons

The salary is below average. The benefits are expensive. They offer 401k but they don’t tell you they don’t offer company match. The corporate mentality is that you are easily replaced. They do not give cost of living increases. Employees have gone years with no pay increase. There is wide spread discord throughout the company. Employees are unhappy but afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation. Certain managers are abusive to their employees. The CEO’s are complicit.

great technology suite and some good supervising brokers even if not keeping up with the times

Cons

greedy old men take more than their fair share. Out of date presentation materials. They want to charge for everything although they used to give away rewards and premiums they've become increasingly stingy over the past 7 years or so.
