Pros
People who have been working at the company for a while are great, friendly and welcoming. Some great IP to work with.
Cons
Company no longer hires industry professionals, after letting getting go of the experienced people with higher salaries they gave inexperienced employees and new higher better positions without the pay and the output shows it. So most people working at the company are underpaid. Company definitely lost its charm when CEO Jon Nee left.
