Steady job, I did the work and was never worried about being let go. They did small celebrations for achievments and did their best to create a great culture

Raises were next to none, but the responsibilities kept being added. Was made to feel like I should be grateful for the "opportunity" and not be so worried about the money "it would come"
Large company with many opportunities, able to move up quickly and take on new responsibilities. The owners truly care about their company and employees. Small celebrations for a successful month, holidays, are much appreciated.
Cons
Getting a raise is tough, the requirements do not always match salary. End Of Month is chaotic, puts a lot of pressure on staff.
