      Internal office - Good people, hard working

      Cons

      No work-life balance; Manufacturing/shipping department never took accountability; Unorganized; family owned so everything fell on defs ears; did not appreciate good hard workers; Controller did not delegate the work load correctly to ensure cost saving or peers to correct our mistakes if we made any- one never knew as there were no reviews

      Coworkers were the best part and loving what the job entailed.

      Cons

      Poor management. Not involved with individual employee/ division to know the specifics and tasks involved with each role or day to day duties. Instead of resolving where the actual issues arise from or provide the correct tools or actually monitor from both ends to optimize and streamline sales, shipping, inventory so things could improve they choose to ignore which interrupts and degrades value added progress and employee value.
