      Great coworkers, but poor overall leadership and communication

      Pros

      Some of the people were great to work with and made it worth it coming to work every day. My direct supervisors in my department were great, they were amazing to work with despite the amount of crap that was put on them .

      Cons

      The overall building leadership sucked minus one person. The rest of them didn't really care for anything but the numbers and not about the people. Communication was also very lacking.

      Coworkers were great, when we weren’t running around 100mph trying to do a million things we had fun

      Cons

      Terrible training and no reinforcement of cleaning between patients. Staff given too many tasks and other staff let go, consolidating responsibilities and driving everyone crazy
