cant think of any really not the best
Cons
no sick pay no investment into the company, commission structure very poor have to go into the office every day even if you are a field based sales person very 1980's. Really not good if you are a true external field sales person this is really an office based position constantly having to fill in a database rather than infront of potential customers selling therefore potential earning not good.

management are usually fair and if you have a complaint it is dealt with and usually every year I received a payrise
Cons
you do not have much chance to progress if you are working in the telesales department and the work can be stressful
