Employees not willing to learn new materials and not willing to take the responsibilities to promote company reputation and products. Employees are not professional and not willing to take charge. Employee are constantly talking about personal lives then work relates to each other. Employees are too comfortable with their assigned jobs and will delegate work to new comers.
Management are terrible everyone is out to make a quick buck selling materials out back door. Store men are the worst for this company is owned by a good man and could do a lot better if they where more on the ball with the back handers that was going on
