Full company is a con. Please don't consider the good reviews for this company as they are all fake given by the HR to maintain a positive outlook. Notice these fake reviews almost have same template as if made by a bot. Campus recruitment time, they give a false offer letter in which ctc is all in hand but in reality, there is a deferred plan and you get it after serving 2 years.

1. Only paid leaves that too with thousands of restrictions. No sick leaves. No casual leaves. Nothing at all. 2. Strict 9 hours policy, if you are short even by a nanosecond, it will get deducted in your monthly salary. 3. Notice period is of 3 months and it is non negotiable and nobody is gonna understand your circumstances. 4. No salary on notice period, imagine running your family for 3 months without salary. 5. No value of employees, top level players treat other employees with disrespect. 6. Top level players are running this company like a typical Indian shop. 7. No WFH even if you get stranded in heavy rains, cyclones or Tsunamis, you are supposed to attend the office or else salary deduction. 8. Nobody is interested in what Employees want. 9. Sexism and biasing is very common.
