It is really hard to come up with something.

Cons

This place is a revolving door that makes endless promises and delivers on absolutely none. Bad product, bad supply chain and terrible customer service makes marketing for this company a literal nightmare… avoid at all costs.

Setting up an organized structure during a growth phase can lead to some challenges as things change constantly and rapidly, but that is something we have worked hard to correct with our new organization chart and the addition of knowledgeable leaders and new departments. Was all going well, until they fired many people after a big launch

Around Sep 2021, they launched subscription product. their product roadmap was being shaped for long haul. Suddenly they fired 25+ FT and left the overseas contractors without any payment since many months. Founders of the company convinced this situation will not last and everyone will back in their role. But here we are in Q2 of 2022, almost entire crew is gone. The brand FitTrack is in mess more than before.
