      Pros

      Trust between the smaller teams.

      Cons

      Senior management responsible for an incredibly negative and traumatising culture. Exploitative and manipulative workplace environment. Complaints and concerns not addressed or taken seriously. Supposed promotion opportunities once a year, but arbitrary positions dished out at any point. Intimidation tactics from all senior team, along with turning a blind eye to their own behaviour and actions. No HR for anyone to challenge this.

      They give you free glasses.

      Company has no HR, instead they relay on Retail Director who is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent. Company full of gossip and many people got fired because they are bad match for company community.

      Cons

      head quoters managers and directors unfair and inconsiderate, company promises promotions that are impossible to achieve unless you work unpaid overtime, there is always fear that youbare next in line for firing, people very unhappy at work and big turnover of colleagues. people working the most get paid not enough.
