Pros
Very good place to start a career. Company is developing it's own product, so main responsibilities involves developing new features, maintenance and bug fixing. One can learn a lot about software development process in Agile. Interesting tasks, nice people.
Cons
Salary is not great but I believe this may vary a lot, even between people with similar experience. Working in open space environment.
