The managers were rude and unsympathetic towards employees. I was berated for calling in sick one day which I had never done before. There is severe understaffing and one night two teenagers were left alone to care for all the dogs and ended up handling an aggressive 120 lb dog alone. For minimum wage, it is not at ALL worth it.

- Management constantly favor certain employees and dogs to the point of letting aggressive dogs in daycare and going back on their words when it comes to the of dogs /employees. (Ex. Telling you to to fallow orders from another employee while training and getting upset with you once you do those exact things) - Constantly overpopulated and understaffed, allowing 40+ dogs in a small room with only one attendant (I counted the dogs constantly) - Management will talk badly about you to your coworkers and in front of you. - They steal your tips and use it for snacks that you and your coworkers "pick" - Would also constantly attempt to schedule me for times and days I had previously told them I was unable to work during the interview process
