Cons

Recruitment team are full of snakes and the management need sacking, RB especially. You also get your payslip via post - we aren't living in 1990!!!!

Supportive team but concerns over pay and culture

Pros

Good team of hard working people on the whole. Hybrid working. Good training opportunities through apprenticeship and other courses.

Cons

Massive disparity between highest and lowest paid team members doing the same role, with no way to work up to being paid more. Job doesn't feel particularly secure - lots of outsourcing and redundancies as the company transitions into new era. Culture is not positive on the whole.

Poor pay opportunities, poor management with inconsistent rules for individuals or shifts. Want maximum effort for little pay
