Old fashion company, never improve bad Location and no staff bus Turn over rate is high, alot newbie quit within 1 or 2 months Hr and seniors is extremely rude and arrogant, not helpful at all No work life balance, expect to work on weekends. expect to reply msges asap No value add. if youre looking for a place to value add to career, this is not the place, don't waste your time Micro manage Promotion is based on the year you have worked there, not by experience. So all the leaders and managers are inexperience in managing their ppl
