Pros

Not a single one comes to mind.

Cons

This company hates their employees and resents the fact that labor laws exist. If they could buy slaves, they would. Beyond charging a twenty percent surcharge and completely robbing their employees of their tips, the tip out situation was beyond shady and when I asked for detailed reports, they were never provided. Beyond that, these people would manually edit my clock in and clock out times shaving hours off nearly every shift, ie wage theft. They take zero pride in cleaning, standards or food safety. The restaurant I worked at was filled with roaches. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, these people are completely and totally morally and ethically bankrupt and if it had been worth it I would have hired a labor attorney and taken them for everything I could, but it just wasn’t worth the time. These are horrible people who would probably be better suited to work as corrections officers than in hospitality with the amount of respect they show for their employees.

Pros

The venues are so beautiful. You will learn the value of luxury hospitality.

Cons

Infrastructure. If you need to make it happen it was often up to you.
