Pros

The malleable structure allows for new roles and challenges- very exciting if you are ambitious and motivated by the potential to leave a lasting impact.

Cons

If you like routinely completing tasks in order to fulfill a job, this may not be for you- there is a culture of innovation.

Pros

CSG encourages me to try new things and be innovative. They appreciate my insight and expertise. There is a sense of teamwork among the department. The office is an awesome environment where you feel and are treated like family. On a day to day basis there is a sense that we are working towards an achievable vision. I am proud to support the field as they impact our customers and the lives we serve. My job provides me the opportunity to have a positive impact on other team members here at CSG. I appreciate the work-life balance they provide to me.

Cons

I wouldn't say there is a downside to working here... I love my job. If I had to pick something I would state that the government has made it difficult on smaller businesses to offer 'outstanding' benefits at an affordable rate for EE's and ER's so we are sharing the burden together which can sometimes be daunting.

Pros

The only pro is the residents at the facility. There is no pros whatsoever in this company.

Cons

Had to work 4 months straight without a day off, breaks taken away, when you get a day off they call you to come in and if you don't they get mad, work days are never constant, when you have a valid complaint they just brush you off, after your manager brushes you off and you call corporate they belittle you and do nothing, holidays off... forget it, alternating weekends that you are promised... forget it, everyday told how to do your job a different way, constant chaos, after about your first month you might as well forget you have a life, over worked, under paid, false promises, management constantly changing, under staffed, at least work your job and someone else's at least twice a week without extra pay, no values in the corporate office, work from 6 am to 10 pm at least twice a week, constantly have to check your pay stub because they cheat you out of pay if you don't, if your part time they have no problem working you 40+ hours a week (without over time) for six months then without cause cut you down to twelve hours a week, no ethics, management gossips about employees, if you call out for a valid reason there will be hell to pay, call you in early all the time and if you can't come in its your fault, all in all this is just a horrible company from the kitchens all the way through the corporate offices.
