The only pro I have is there are some good people at the ground level, who are working extremely hard to make it work, especially with very little experience.
Cons
- poor upper management.
- dishonesty in the recruitment process.
- disregard for work/life balance.
-new ideas not adopted unless it suits upper management politics.
- Small town mentality.
