      Competitive pay, open PTO, work from home, affordable health coverage for employee

      Cons

      Culture is toxic which starts with the owner. I've witnessed management come and go because of the abuse and poor decision making of the owner. The primary reason employees have left seems to be due to the lack of respect and treatment from the top. The owner is a good salesman, but a lousy leader.

      Mutual trauma bonding amongst employees Interesting clients NetSuite Technology in-house Sales is the only thing valued

      Cons

      High Turnover Rate; two (2) Controllers in less than a year left crying, one Director who tried to come back PT when the CEO begged her then quit in disgust. Clients are ignored as they have too many projects and unrealistic expectations. Sales is the only thing valued. CEO's actions are not appropriate, resulting in a toxic culture. He screams, does not like feedback of any form beyond 'yes people' despite realistic concerns.

      Some great people on the team, unlimited PTO, good benefits.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional Leader, toxic work environment, so much triangulation and talking about people without telling them feedback directly. Will fire people without ever telling them what they were doing wrong. Does not understand Delivery nor does he value it. Spouts the golden rule, but does not follow it. Join this company at your own risk. There are much better partners to work for than this one.
