Cofounder is very lame and has zero practical knowledge when it comes to running a business. He has the capability of ruining a stable business through his stupid decision making , he takes team call at 10 in the night, and this is very normal for him. He doesn’t respect your private time

1. The higher management people doesn't care for their employees at all. 2. They ask you to work late night, and in morning if you are late than 10:30, it is considered as half day. 3. Forget about your personal life if you join this organisation 4. You will never get your salary on time. You dont get payslips too. HR is also too unresponsive. 5. Better to be jobless rather than joining this organization. 6. The company treats you like they have bought you and demands anything and they don't care if you are sick or stuck in any problem 7. There are many many many points and people names that I can mention here, but it won't seem good. 8. I will suggest please don't join the organization, rest is all on you.
