Very good company to gain a lot of experience. Working in their distribution center, you gain an enormous amount of knowledge of operations that if used properly can help propel you to another company. Benefits are ok.

Cons

In order to gain that experience you must wear many hats in operations. You will under appreciated and overlooked. Because this is a retail world, the warehouse is clearly looked at as second class. It is understandable but it gets old after a while. A lot of promotions are made based on who smiles more rather than hard working individuals that don’t want to do the song and dance routine to please upper management. Imagine promoting individuals that are clearly more effective. Imagine the possibilities.
