The only good thing were a few nice people, others were just toxic airheads

I cannot explain the level of unrealistic, unorganized and toxic management that exists at this company. Management feels they can call your personal phone at any time…24 hours a day. You can’t answer? Just expect a barrage of Teams messages and then emails for the smallest, inconsequential tasks. I have never had such a terrible work experience in my 25 year career and I hope to save someone who is reading this from possibly getting into the same siuation
