      Toxic management and unqualified staff create a tough environment

      Location is ok and office is new.

      Cons

      I would highly suggest to get employment lawyer, record everything, have documents and to protect yourself from management. If i didn't have a death in the family i would of proceeded with my lawyer but he understood why. I can't stress enough some department don't even know what they're doing nor have knowledge of there own field. A manager stated "Privileging and credentialing is the same thing".... Anybody with experience and knowledge know that's not correct. That department is a joke.

      Remote work and good teammates

      Cons

      Strategy changes every few weeks which eliminates any progress you’ve made on accounts. The comp plan is pretty terrible. Micromanagement to the extreme. Very high pressure even if you and the team are doing well. Often use fear mongering tactics.
