      Pros

      Always a fun place to work. Friendly people and great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very busy at times. Managed with the help of higher ups. I feel this company is going places but some of the mid management were a bit nasty at times.

      Good pay rates, benefits, work environment are all good.

      Cons

      It is difficult to break in to the culture here. Departments are very segregated. Interdepartmental relationships are very divided. Sense of team and working toward the greater good are lacking.

      Staff is very small so sometimes it is difficult to reach someone if it is urgent Sometimes there was not enough work to get you through the day
