      Some good people, however management doesn't communicate well and needs to review culture and goals of company

      Pros

      Friendly people for the most part. Customers/users very grateful for help and appreciated hard work and information shared to help make their work easier. Compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      Office culture is very "old school". For example, there is not much flexibility nor appreciation of working outside what they call "normal business hours". Technology is outdated. Communication throughout company is very very poor. Claim to be "family-orientated" but only for what they define as "family".

      Benefits are pretty good. Paid once a month.

      Cons

      Misogynistic environment. Unless you are a white male under the age of 40, no promotion or room for growth.
