      Sweat shop, supportive team dynamics hindered by poor management

      Pros

      Good team of entry/mid level people, who work hard to advance their careers.

      Cons

      Bad general and exec level management. Constant changes in executive management, with new managers who always start from scratch, and most often don't know what they are doing. Lack of direction, lack of firm goals.
