Management aren't always very clear and can often make decisions that affect the staff and not tell them
No respect for the work life balance of the teams, people will be expected to work late nights or weekends often times just because someone made a promise to a client that they should not have.
They talk a big game about bonuses and profit sharing but whatever number they quote you in the interview is a gross exaggeration. The real number will be about 1/4 or 1/5 that if they decide to give it to you, they don't reveal their target numbers, how close they are to them, and its discretionary so even if they meet the targets they can, and have, just decide not to give bonuses or to not give them to specifc people.
If you are not a native english speaker do not apply, the hiring team have rejected good applicants soley on the basis they didn't like the fact they spoke with an accent.
