      Pros

      While working here I met multiple genuine people I will stay in touch with long after my tenure at Current has ended. Management that works in the building is passionate about what they do. Work load is heavy but everyone will make time for you when stopping by their desk to ask a question.

      Cons

      Company has been bought out multiple times. Layoffs seem to happen 1-2 times a year. Ownership does not care about the company brand or culture and seems to view it solely as an investment. Current has big ideas and initiatives but will not stand behind them once financial backing is needed. Social media as extremely lacking.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules. Thats all I would say is a Pro

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Wage Freeze, Wage Freeze, Wage Freeze year after year. Pay is poor for all the work that is expected. You do not ever get recognized for your hard work. Management never gets involved only comes down on you if you do not meet your goals. Benefits SUCK !
