      Great people...family run...make as much as you want...it's essentially your little business

      Cons

      5 to 6 weeks straight training in Erie, Pennsylvania. If you are single with no attachments, probably great experience.

      Pros

      If your in the Union, everything is better. Pay, Benefits are different for the Union Group.

      Cons

      If you work in the offices the pay is under Erie Standards. Benefits are more costly and the workload is pounding all day long.

      Pros

      Family owned company who cares about the wellbeing of their employees. The people that work there are the main reason you will want to stay. Great Training

      Cons

      pay is on the low end and they give raises once a year usually not much.... There is a great work-life balance as long as you are not a sales rep. The sales reps keep getting more on their plate in terms of pressure to produce customers and profits. The healthcare is also on the low end.
