      Pros

      - Fully remote work environment. - High level of ownership and exposure to different projects. - Competitive compensation for many roles.

      Cons

      - Lack of structure and clear processes in some teams. - Heavy workloads. - Communication and leadership receive mixed reviews. - Onboarding is way too disorganized, they expect you to get and figure their system by yourself or by being guide by someone as new as you. - Way too many weekly meetings.

      Good communication, approachable management, 100% remote work. The product is good and there are opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Not for the faint-hearted/light worker. Personally I like this but it's fast-paced so you need to be a motivated worker to fit in.

      work remotely paid is not that bad

      Cons

      Worst management I ever been. A very toxic and backstabbing work culture. You feel on edge and threatened almost all the time. The contract they give you at the start is worthless. Terrible employee benefits. They don’t care about employee well-being; they’re only interested in making money and squeezing their own employees dry. Structurally, the organization is a complete mess. Unqualified people hold high-level management positions.
