      There is a reason Curvy Kate has won multiple great place to work awards, With the right balance of flexibility and hardwork employees are able to strive, CK appreciates that its the people that make the business, CK conducts regular satisfaction surveys and where possible takes action on all negative comments made.

      They have recently won two awards for the best place to work, and that is for a number of reasons - work/life balance on point, diversity and inclusion, feeling valued and many more

      many more benefits than bigger companies, like healthcare, half day birthdays, accrued holiday for every year worked and hybrid & flexible working - plus the owner is always about & available to chat with - very down to earth! Everyone is really passionate about the brand & hard working

      we have big ambitions & sometimes not always the capacity to do everything we want to do as a brand. office can be very quiet on some days as most people wfh
