Bad wages Horrible benefits Horrible management(owners kids) Very unprofessional Horrible attitude of employees Practically NO training on a very complex job, then getting a ton of attitude from the OM for not knowing how to do what you were never taught. Management never present, severe understaffing in order to profit which makes it a very stressful environment for the few employees there are, drivers are very underpaid therefore really lazy and unprofessional, very lazy management that are never present and never helpful, benefits are a joke, some staff were the most rude people I have ever encountered with no consequences in doing so, no break coverage yet your breaks are automatically deducted from your time, no drinking water, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap provided you literally have to bring your own. I honestly cant say enough bad things about this place. It was a paycheck while I found an actual job. Stay far away, if the company is even open much longer which is unlikely because of how poorly it is run.
