Cons
Lie to hire drivers. Tell you work every other Saturday. You work 6 days a week with Sunday off. Tell you start time 5am. More like 2am -3am. If you not at dump first in morning your stuck waiting hours to dump. 12-14 hour days. You get a weekly bonus, but they take it if you don't get 3 loads a day and 2 on Saturday. Or 2 lds 1 saturday on highest paying route.. No matter what. No one stops to get things fixed just leave it for next driver because they need their loads. They harp on you about safety and speeding. Then get pissy for not getting all your loads if you don't speed. Plus you have to do monthly safety videos at home or no bonus. Lie about how much you make. In order to make what they advertise you have to be on a specific load that pulls 2 loads a day and 1 saturday and you have to get the bonus. But senior guys have those loads. BTW don't believe half the reviews you see on the internet they were offering gift cards to people who write good reviews.
