      The comradery is great. They really do try to make you feel welcome

      Cons

      No communication about raises or bonuses. Expect a lot of work with very little communication

      Great Clinicians to work with on my team. Including nurses, therapists.

      Cons

      Poor Upper Management with no Clinical lead. Numbers driven. Quantity over quality. Micromanagement.
