      Bullied by management - constant pressure to produce yet no reward when you over perform.

      Weekends off Bank Holidays off Christmas off Very diverse which is cool

      Cons

      Low pay not changing with the current market at all people don't want minimum pay anymore. Sub-standard training,retention of knowledge. No communication. Free for all do what ever you feel like want a few months off no problem. Toxic to the extreme. Poor machinery. Not sure who is in charge even if their title states what they are.... Less than £20k average for same roll is £24/25k. You can turn tins at Tescos for more money take that as you will.
