Thank you for posting your review. It is always helpful to receive honest feedback from current and former employee's experiences working at CPS. I would like to address some of the points you raised as concerns.
Dirty: As a manufacturing/ grinding company it is expected that there will be dirt/ dust that you would encounter on a daily basis. This is why CPS provides uniforms and showers for employee comfort.
Raises after probation: Unlike some other companies, we offer the same rate that we would for temp to hire positions as we would a direct hire. Company policy is that we review after one year and our average wages are in line with the area manufacturing businesses. I appreciate your feedback, however.
Management: CPS sustained a 35% growth in 2014 due to our solid management group.
OSHA: CPS has a strong safety commitment and regulates OSHA compliance from our internal safety committee and management.
Rules: Many new and improved process instructions are developed depending on what custom processing services we're providing for our many customers. CPS received an ISO-9000 registration last year for our exemplary Quality Management System resulting in stricter process metrics.
Policies: Employees have complete access to their personnel records upon request. There are weekly mandatory training sessions to review new and current personnel policies as well as safety, new instructions, processes, etc. CPS will have all current personnel policies available for review electronically by June 1, 2015.
If you have any further comments, concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
