      Used to be a great place.

      Pros

      The people that work on the production floor are great. Very easy to forget that they are just your coworkers. It was a great place to work when the company actually cared about its employees.

      Cons

      Nearly everyone in production is over worked, under paid, under supported, and under appreciated. Most of the experienced operators and techs have quit or are currently looking for work elsewhere. Previous owner doesn't care about his people anymore and the current president is very pompous and two faced. Management will promise one thing and then do something completely different.

      Pros

      Easy going attitude, casual dress - jeans every day even in the office. Monthly charity events chosen by employees.

      Cons

      Old owner checked out mentally, new president (no manufacturing experience) is pompous and treats those he does not like as if they are worthless. He does not like people who disagree with him, despite their years of experience in the industry or at the company. He has systematically removed all the experienced talent, often demoting them into such demeaning positions that they eventually leave. He has replaced them with his own friends or ex-coworkers that he brought along with him - all the more who know better not to disagree with him. Those CP employees closer to retirement are checked out and counting their days left. HR is inept. What in the world is a Chief People Officer? She only works part time, so that tells you how much people matter. How this company keeps pretenses up is a credit to the people doing their PR. The employees have different opinions on how great it is to work there.
