Business outlook
Pros
Flexible work schedule, nice pay scale, and great vendors. If you really can work without supervision this is the perfect company. Being able to be on-call or take off when needed is fantastic. (Very family oreinted company)
Cons
This company is actully really great team to work with. I only have two complaints. The biggest is communication. Everyone in the office is hard to get a hold of so if you need something quickly your out of gas. Also being that most are on a 1099, there are no promotions, reviews or scheduled pay increases. I wish there were other positions within the company that I could grow into.
