Pros

Great, collaborative team and managers + divers and inclusive culture. Good feedback culture and very flexible in terms of working hours.

Cons

Challenging and heavy workload. Not everyone was getting replaced. So teams got smaller.

Interesting project, work in an international team and the possibility of working remotely and from abroad

Cons

in the sales team, each agent is offered a different basis, and there is no possibility of development or transfer from the sales department to other departments
