Pros

Pay was ok but not worth the harassment.

Cons

Scheduling was terrible, training was terrible, you have a lot of need for diversity training, 99% of the supervisors are Caucasian, and lack general respect.

It was a job. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Horrible customers. You get cursed at, screamed at, for taking, for example, hotel reservations. You are put on accounts with not enough training, and then they pile more accounts on you. You are required to work every either Sat. or Sun., and even after you accrue paid time off, you cannot take off your Sat. or Sunday. Don’t think of getting sick, needing to go to the dr, or having an emergency; you will be punished with their unforgiving attendance policy. If you are desperate, this job is okay for a while. Just don’t stop looking for something better in the meantime.
