Sometimes it is slow. $13 starting wage.

Cons

I was in the shared program. You will have to lie and represent scamming fraudulent companies on your calls. Managers take 10 minutes to assist. Job is ok if you don't mind having to lie and apologize for customers being scammed 24/7.

The co workers are great.

Cons

you get no PTO, You have to beg for them to acknowledge fmla forms. Management is useless unless you are a favorite. The insurance is over priced and it barely covers anything. You have no backup if someone is sick. They do not care about you.

It is always disheartening to read a negative review, especially one as strong as the comments expressed by this individual. I would welcome a conversation with you or any employee that has concerns regarding personal needs, communication and lack of support by leaders within our company.

The director is a selfish person. He says employees are replaceable and he honestly could care less about there well beings. Unless you are a salary employee there is no vacation time, or pto. Many employees have FMLA and take advantage of it to the point it’s obvious they make up excuses not to come to work. The management is a joke. They act all friendly to your face yet talk horribly behind your back. I’ve worked there for a year and I am looking for something better.
