Can't maintain teams because associates are always coming and going within a year or less. Bonus program is not inclusive to all staff. Communication is scarce and meetings are a joke most of the time as no one comes prepared at the higher up levels. Culture can become toxic quickly as management tends to gang up on people they don't like. They fire a lot of people. Overall direction seems aimless and new initiatives quickly fail or are set aside for even newer ones constantly. Management constantly assumes the worst out of everyone's work ethic. Training is all over the place. Sometimes it seems like management doesn't think through their bids or contracts before signing and sets the Ops team up for failure right from the get go.
