Pros

HR and the co-workers on the floor makes this job tolerable

Cons

THE PREVIOUS REVIEW I CAN GUARANTEE WAS WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT OR THEY PAID FOR POSITIVE POSTS...The environment at this job can be toxic and mentally draining...the CEO only cares about herself and money..THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES...they try to cheat you out of your bonus and the CEO is known to talk down to employees...you are forced to upcharge customers to make the unrealistic vacations they sell to clients work. You are pushed to try every reason and way under the sun to not refund people their money

Pros

No stiff corporate atmosphere here! Very informal workplace. Good pay for the industry.

Cons

Informal workplace creates atmosphere that anything can be said which was often very off-color and sexual comments/remarks. Company has very poor online reviews which makes it a constant struggle to defend yourself talking on the phone with customers. Guess this is why they changed their name from Spirit Incentives. From what I saw they restructure at the end of every year and all employees are freaking out wondering what their position and pay will be for the next year...if they are lucky enough to still have a job. I was told they do a once a year cleaning of employees which make you not feel valuable.
