      Supportive leadership that listens and puts in the effort. A strong focus on employee well-being and work-life balance. Collaborative working environment. A genuinely passionate and positive team.

      Cons

      None so far! The company is still growing, so there may be some growing pains, but the culture more than makes up for it!

      Pros

      I have learnt so much in the time I have been at C&S, given so much ownership and had brilliant support from the founders. Really love my team, the office is nice and I can be flexible on where I work and come into the office.

      Cons

      We are a small business so its hard to switch off. Hours can be long, especially in busy periods and I occasionally have to work evenings/weekends.

      Welcome junior specialists and give opportunities Transparent communication Quarterly updates about the business Flexible WFH few days a week

      Cons

      Long work day (9hrs), but generous lunch time (1hr)
