Pros
The checks clear, some teams/individuals are really great and beneficial personally and professionally to work with. The work life balance isn't bad. There are multiple shifts with the different areas, so this is really helpful.
Cons
If you are wanting to propel your career this wont be the place. Its about checking a box, nothing more. Executive leadership is very disconnected and while they say they want to go somewhere or do something, the focus and priority will be on 1) is it cheap (e.g., Free), and 2) does it meet a by-the-letter compliance requirement. Some teams, or really individuals, will test you and your patience.
