They have high turnover for a reason…

Pros

Most employees are friendly and polite. Pay was decent. Great location. Some employees seem happy and have been there for years.

Cons

Poor training. Conflicting instructions from supervisors, seem like supervisors are not on the same page. No discussions on areas for improvement or direction on how to improve performance, before being let go without warning. I was literally typing up my own work instructions, as I figured my duties out. My supervisor didn’t even know how to do my job fully.

Pros

Great benefits (hard to beat). The work can be enjoyable. Can find good people to work in various departments. Nice Christmas party.

Cons

Low pay for most people, Executive level is lacking. The company says they are a local company but they are very mainland minded. Allow certain people to get away with multiple offenses that warrant termination. Uses people as scapegoats for the shortcomings of others. Rumors/gossip spread faster than junior high. If a group of people decide they don't want you around anymore then they start rumors and false accusations.

Its a fun company with beautiful ocean views all day. It's very unique company where you'll develop a very interesting skillset involved with this narrow market. Profit sharing, full benefits, and a great family discount on product.

Not great pay, sometimes loss of direction
