If you’re an engineer who wants to make a difference instead of being a cog in a giant machine, CDT is where you’ll thrive. The Security Engineering Group is expanding fast, with new contracts fueling growth and market share. Best part? CDT consistently solves problems that the big primes can’t — especially in the ever-changing SIPRNet CORA space. This is where impact players shine.

      Cons

      Like anywhere in the DIB, you’ll cross paths with “retired-on-duty” customer staff who are happy to coast. But that just makes CDT’s driven engineers stand out even more. Seeing as leadership literally built this company up from a customer site, they're intimately familiar with this dynamic--it's a both a concern to be address and a strategic opportunity.
