Working at Cyber sapient was a nightmare. They failed to pay salaries for the last two months, demonstrating utter disregard for their employees' financial well-being. The management was atrocious, providing no support or guidance whatsoever. The work environment was toxic, with full-time hours expected but no work-life balance in sight. The absence of a proper HR management system meant issues were never addressed and employee concerns fell on deaf ears. Salary payments were consistently delayed, and when received, it was often only 50% of what was owed. I strongly advise any potential new hires to reach out to previous employees via LinkedIn to get an accurate picture of the company culture and treatment of employees. Beware, this company is not worth your time or effort
