Nice monthly team dinners and opportunity to work with clients from around the world

Cons

Low pay, unwilling to adapt to American work culture, and the upper management is overrun with bureaucracy. It's no wonder why they have such a high churnover rate.

Pros

Great place to get a start in the mobile industry, hard working but fun culture, possibilities in creating new positions where your skill set can be utilized.

Cons

Lack of transparency, preferential treatment to Japanese coworkers vs. American coworkers, rampant office politics, Japanese is often used during meetings while Non-Japanese speakers are around.
